IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE.
Tripode ( product) is a trial program developed by Prixma Solutions. This means:

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive royalty-free license to make as many copies of the Product as you want, solely to test and to evaluate the product before you make the decision to purchase the product.

Installing and using the Product signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Product files from your storage devices and cease to use the Product.
1. LICENSE OF UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE

You may use the Product free of charge for a period de 35 days for the sole purpose of evaluating the product. If after 35 days, you wish to continue using this Product, you are required to purchase it. In other case, you are required to remove this Product, in its entirety, from all computers on which it is installed. The unregistered Product may be freely copied and distributed to other users for their evaluation.
2. LICENSE OF REGISTERED SOFTWARE

A registered copy of the Product allows the user to use the Product only on a single computer or network, and only by a single user at a time. If the User wishes to use the Product for more than one user, the user will need a separate license for each individual user. The user is allowed to make one copy of the Registered Product for back-up purposes.
3. USER SUPPORT

Prixma Solutions provides technical user support ( by email or website in English and Spanish language) to user from the date that user purchased the license. User support means supporting the user regarding the installation, configuration and usage of the software.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY

The licensor hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to the Product, whether express or implied. The Licensee Must assume the entire risk of using the product
5. OTHER RESTRICTIONS.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed Product, or any subset of the licensed Product, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. You may transfer and distribute the Product in its unmodified form via electronic means to another persons so long as their use of the Product will be strictly for the purpose of evaluation.
